The feel of this cozy camp cottage is the perfect year round spot for that special vacation, holiday or get-away weekend. Sit on the large deck and enjoy the sound of the river and the view of the bluff while enjoying 200 feet of the Blanco River with easy access to the water. Watch for the wildlife, including deer, turkey and the occasional fox, armadillo and raccoon. Delight in the sport of bird watching in the wonderfully appointed sun porch. The large and old pecan trees on the property will forever keep the squirrels happy and you amused at their antics. Open living and fully equipped kitchen allows for generous seating areas while cooking and enjoying the company of your friends and family. The beautiful rock fireplace will add romance and warmth to your special occasion getaway. Cable TV, VCR and DVD. Games and movies provided for your enjoyment. An enclosed sun porch with dining for six and second living room seating for six or more is the perfect spot for games, conversations and endless views. A large master with a king bed offers amazing views of the river and bluff with access to the back deck for that morning coffee and sounds of the river. The second bedroom features two single beds and the same extraordinary view and deck access. A Jack and Jill bath is shared with an additional half bath in the hall between the bedrooms. BBQ charcoal grill All linens, pots, pans, plates, silverware and serving dishes are provided. Finally, the Bunkhouse is a sunny room with three single beds and a full bath is just steps away from the main house with a large sparkling riverfront yard. Picnic blankets and River towels provided at the back door of the main house. Rates:  March thru December $195/night for 2 guests and $25/guest up to 4 in the main house and 3 additional guests in the Bunkhouse. January and February $175/night for 2 guests and $25/guest up to 4 in the main house and 3 additional guests in the Bunkhouse.
