• $450/night for 1st 6 guests for Thurs, Fri, and Sat nights
• $400/night for 1st 6 guests for Sun, Mon, Tues, and Wed nights
• Two night Minimum, except holidays, which are three night minimum
• Holidays at $700/night for up to the first 12 guests
• Additional guests at $25/night
• 6% tax on the total
• River Suite included at no charge when paying for at least 10 guests/night (
$60/night otherwise ), No charge for the River Suite on Holidays when paying
for 14 or more.
• Holidays are New Years, Good Friday, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas

High Season: Mar ( 4-26 ) May, June, July, and August
• $600/night for up to the first 8 guests
• Two night Minimum, except holidays, which are three night minimum

Cancellation
Policy:
- Deposit is equal to one night’s rental.
- If you cancel with more than 30 days left, there is a $50 cancellation fee.
- If you cancel with less than 30 days left, you are responsible for cost of the entire stay, unless it can be rebooked.
