This gorgeous six bedroom house, sleeps 14, is perched on a hill right above a sprawling canyon better known as the "Devil's Backbone". This is the perfect spot for relaxation and family gatherings. Only 10 minutes from the Wimberley square for shopping and lazy walks around town. Less than 20 minutes from San Marcos' outlet malls and within an hour to Schlitterbahn Water Park and San Antonio's river walk. Over 35 acres of the finest that the Texas Hill Country has to offer. Walking trails available both on top, and down in the canyon.
House Details:
- 6 Bedrooms: All bedrooms - premium mattresses, ceiling fans, LCD HDTV/Direct TV cable. 4 full bathrooms.
- Master - King bed & twin trundle. Private Bath/large whirlpool tub & shower. Master closet/full size washer & dryer.
- Jr. Master - King bed. Private bath/large walk-in shower. Private patio & entrance to back yard.
- Bedroom 3 - Queen bed. Double doors leading to back patio.
- Bedrooms 4 and 5 - Queen bed & twin daybed & bedroom 6 has a Queen bed.
- Game Room - Pool table, ice maker, bar refrigerator, bar sink, granite countertops, 42" LCD HDTV, Sony Master Stereo System for 6 speaker systems in/out of house.
- Great Room: Wood burning rock fireplace. 52" LCD HDTV/Direct TV cable. 8' farm table in the dining room allows 10 to be seated comfortably. Comfortable top grain leather couches & arm chair/ rustic antiques from Mexico provide a great look for this room.
- Kitchen: Full kitchen/under counter wine cooler.

• Additional guests at $25/nt
• Two night Minimum, except holidays, which are three night minimum
• Holidays are $1,050/nt for up to the first 11 guests
• 14 guests maximum.
• 6% tax on the total. No other Fees.
• Holidays are New Years, Good Friday, Easter, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Season ( Dec 16 – Jan 2 ).
• Book a full week and only get billed for 6 days.
High Season: Mar ( 4-26 ), May, June, July, and August
• $975/nt for up to the first 8 guests
• Additional guests at $25/nt
• Two night Minimum, except holidays, which are three night minimum
• Holidays are $1,050/nt for up to the first 11 guests
• 14 guests maximum.
• 6% tax on the total. No other fees.
• Holidays are Memorial day, July 4th.
• Book a full week and only get billed for 6 days.
No Pet and No Smoking. If we find evidence of Smoking or Pets inside the house, you will be responsible for a $450 minimum Cleaning Fee.

Holidays are Memorial Day and 4th of July Book 7 nights and get one free night.
30 days cancellation required with a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy:

Deposit is equal to one night’s rental.

If you cancel with more than 30 days left, then there is a $50 cancellation fee.
- If you cancel with less than 30 days left, you are responsible for cost of the entire stay, unless it can be rebooked.
